The ancient paths, the vast dune areas and the passages in the Mediterranean scrub, still today traveled by shepherds as has been done since time immemorial, are the ideal tracks for mountain bike lovers.
Surf
The Costa Verde is beaten by the Mistral wind which identifies it as one of the most sought after areas for wave enthusiasts.
In Buggerru there is a Surf school with European masters and champions who teach or support the more and less experienced of this sport.
If you do not know this stretch of sea more than perfectly, it is advisable to never go out alone.
Climbing
This part of the coast is famous for its rocky walls that constantly attract lovers of this discipline to compete with the various levels of difficulty that the different conformations can offer.
It is possible to have fun in some gorges within the Fluminese territory or to reach Nebida for climbing on the sea.

From the port of Buggerru it is also possible to rent small boats or rafts to visit some truly hidden stretches of these coasts from the sea.
